At 208 Books, we’ll get QuickBooks Online configured right for your operation—custom charts of accounts, job costing for contractors, inventory tracking for entrepreneurs, whatever you need. We’ll walk you through it so you actually understand how to use it (or hand it off cleanly if you’d rather I handle everything).

Everything is fixed-price, quoted upfront after a quick call. No hourly billing, no surprises. Monthly bookkeeping starts around $200, catch-up/clean-up and QuickBooks setups are one-time fixed fees. I’ll give you an exact number once I know your situation.
I prefer QuickBooks Online. It’s the best for most small businesses here. However, I’ve worked with Wave and basic spreadsheets as well.
